Specialist Nurse Practitioner

Full-time, 37 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our successful GP practice in Larkfield, Kent.  This is a brand new position for an enthusiastic candidate to establish themselves and define the role within the practice.

• 11 GP’s, 4 nurses, 2 HCA’s

About you the role:

• Motivated, flexible , independent
• Nurse Practitioner degree
• Independent Nurse Prescriber
• Experience of initial assessment, treatment and/or referral of undiagnosed conditions (face to face, phone triage home visits)
• Primary care experience preferable but not essential
• Commitment to continuing professional development
