Stop Think Choose Survey

NHS Kent and Medway has launched a survey to find out why people make the choices they do when attending a healthcare facility for advice or treatment.

We are asking patients to complete a short survey about our ‘Stop Think Choose’ campaign, which has been launched to help direct people to the most appropriate health service so you can save time and resource.

The data will be used to help improve the campaign.
